HUNTERSVILLE, NC (October 8, 2019) – The Southern Professional Hockey League and its member teams mourn the loss and express their condolences to the family and friends of former Louisiana IceGators owner Chuck Anselmo, Jr, who passed away on Monday at the age of 79.
A successful businessman in the Acadiana area, he and his son Chuck purchased the IceGators in 2010 and owned the team until leaving the league in 2016.
