HUNTERSVILLE, NC (March 16, 2024) – The SPHL on Saturday announced the following suspensions:
Knoxville’s Riley Robertson
Knoxville’s Riley Robertson has been suspended two games as a result of his actions in Game 241, Fayetteville at Knoxville, played on Friday, March 15.
Robertson is suspended under Rule 28, Supplementary Discipline, as the result of an unpenalized illegal contact to the head infraction at 2:22 of the first period.
Robertson will miss Knoxville’s games against Fayetteville (March 16) and Huntsville (March 22).
Quad City’s Alex Pommerville
Quad City’s Alex Pommerville has been suspended one game under Rule 28, Supplementary Discipline, as a result of his actions in Game 244, Quad City at Peoria, played on Friday, March 15.
Pommerville was assessed a game misconduct under Rule 23.4 at 19:54 of the second period.
Pommerville will miss Quad City’s game against Peoria on March 17.
