HUNTERSVILLE, NC (March 20, 2022) – The Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) today announced that Quad City’s Carter Shinkaruk has been suspended pending review of a game misconduct assessed under Rule 40.3, Physical Abuse of Officials, in Game 268, Quad City at Evansville, played on Saturday, March 19.
Shinkaruk will miss today’s game against Vermilion County and a final decision on the suspension will be announced following the review.
