SPHL announces suspension

HUNTERSVILLE, NC (April 20, 2021) – The Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) on Tuesday announced the following suspension:

Pensacola’s Frederic Letourneau

Pensacola’s Frederic Letourneau has been suspended three games under Rule 28, Supplementary Discipline, as a result of his actions in SPHL Game 91, Pensacola at Macon, played on Friday, April 16.

Letourneau was assessed a major penalty and game misconduct under Rule 42.5, Charging, at 10:21 of the second period.

Letourneau will miss Pensacola’s upcoming games against Huntsville (April 20 and 23) and Knoxville (April 24).
