RiverKings’ Patrick Stevens Named Sportstape Equipment Manager of the Year

CHARLOTTE, NC – The Southern Professional Hockey League today announced that Patrick ‘Loaf’ Stevens of the Mississippi RiverKings has been selected as the Sportstape Equipment Manager of the Year in a vote of coaches and league personnel.

Stevens just completed his first season with the Mississippi RiverKings after having spent the previous two years with the Allen Americans of the Central Hockey League. Prior to his time in Allen, Stevens served as the head equipment manager of the now-defunct Rocky Mountain Rage (CHL), the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees (CHL) and the Lubbock Cotton Kings. He also spent time as an assistant with the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs, where he won three consecutive WPHL championships.
